Tim has been working in the computer industry since 1997 & has worked for companies such as Fujitsu, Optima Technology Solutions & Acer. In October 2012 Tim decided to become an independent computer technician, which cared about his customers. His focus is to bring customers quality repairs, honest advice, fair prices and computers that run well and last.

On-Site & Workshop Repairs

I offer both at home or office repairs saving you the hassle of unplugging everything, or workshop repairs where you can drop off your computer & take advantage of my flat fee services.

New Computers & Laptops

I build quality new custom desktop computers for any purpose. I also can source & supply new laptops to suit your needs. On top of this I offer data transfer services to bring all your data over from your old computer to the new one, making it a less painful transition.

Virus Removal

Using specialised software & procedures I remove popup ads, ad toolbars, web page re-directors, web browser hijackers, trojans & ransom-ware that have infiltrated your computer. I also can assist on ways on avoiding them & protecting your computer effectively in the future. Most infections can be safely removed without deleting Windows. If you suspect you may be infected, give me a call and I can check your system for you.

Remote Support

Using special software, I can remotely assist with and service your computer without the need of physically being there, saving you money. (Requires working Internet).

General Assistance

I can assist you with wireless, network, internet, printing & email problems you may be experiencing or just help you with a general computer issue your having trouble with.

Data Recovery

If you have had the unfortunate event where you can no longer access important files due to computer failure I can assist you. I offer general data recovery services for non-mechanical failures. In most cases data can be recovered successfully!
